July 2010: New Design and Projects Manager appointed.
We have experienced unprecedented demand for our design and install service during the first half of 2010 and we are delighted to announce that DAVID ASHINGTON has joined the team. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the field and will result in our being able to provide a greatly improved service in both quality and response times. We all wish David every success in his new job.
June 2010: Expansion of office facilities
We are experiencing ever increasing demands on our business and, to improve the service we provide, SHARON BALL has joined us. A core part of Sharon's job is to cover reception duties and she will normally be the voice on the phone when you call us. I am sure you all wish her every success.
April 2010: Broadland joins the Catering Equipment Distributor's Association
This is the highly respected trade association for catering equipment distributors. Membership requires us to meet a number of criteria, not least of which is quality and we are required to follow a strict code of practice while conducting our business. January 2010: Health and Safety Executive campaign on underground LPG pipework.
In 2004, an LPG explosion resulting from leaking underground pipework claimed the lives of 9 people and injured another 33. HSE are conducting a campaign on this danger and we have issued a bulletin explaining what this means to you.

.24th November 2009: Restricted parts supply on Elmwood Dishwashers
If you own an Elmwood dishwasher, please be advised we are having difficulty obtaining parts. We have two alternative suppliers working on the problem but in the meantime we ask for your patience if our service is not up to our usual standards on these particular machines.
This also applies to Clenaware machines.

24th August 2009: Catering Gas Safety regulations
tightened up.
The main standard covering catering gas safety has just been updated and strengthened, particularly relating to kitchen ventilation. There is no notice period and so the new standard applies with immediate effect.

Following a review of our warewashing portfolio, we are pleased to announce we have been appointed distributors for the renowned Classeq range of dish and glass washers.
